Question: Discuss about the Project Plan Cafe Rocks Crepe. Answer: Project Scope: The purpose of this project is to open a cafe named caf rocks crepe in Harrington area in Sydney, Australia. In this area there are high number of shoppers passing throughout the day. The area have very few coffee shops that serves breakfast, lunch and other coffee items. Caf rocks crepe has a key goal to offer best coffee experience to the customers. This cafe will offer pure and better-quality coffee taste to the customers. In addition to this the other key scope is to establish the caf building with its interior as well as exterior to offer best in class dining experience to customers. Resource Planning As far as resource planning concern, to run any business we requires people. Before choosing people we need to identified type of departments and the skill set required accordingly for employees someone to them. At Caf rocks crepe, we have identified below departments to run the business smoothly 1.Account and Marketing 2.Operations KitchenElectricityPlumbing 3.Interior and Exterior Designer 4.Floor Management Every department has its own set of people. Details of resourcing are as follows: 1.In accounts and marketing team we need 1 Head along with 2-3 junior resource to manage the finance, sales and marketing for caf. 2.For operations we need to have 1 electrician, 1 plumber, 1 designer and 1 head chef, 1 assistant chef and 3-4 kitchen staff members. Core responsibilities of Designer will be Installation and procurement of the various equipments like couches, tables, chairs, lights, lamps, up to date cutlery, crockery and wall paintings and overall ambience of caf. The shop construction was done with best of facilities, renovation and ambience.
